Life can be overwhelming, messy, and downright hard sometimes. That’s where therapy comes in. It’s not about fixing you (you’re not broken) — it’s about giving you the tools and support to tackle what’s holding you back, whether it’s anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck.
In therapy, we’ll work together to figure out what’s really going on, cut through the noise, and create a plan that makes sense for you. No judgment, no fluff, just real conversations to help you feel more like yourself again.
If you’re ready to make a change, I’m here to help. Let’s get to work.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. As a certified ketamine-assisted psychotherapy provider, I deliver KAP in my practice in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical, which has a specialized medical team that determines eligibility for KAP, prescribes the ketamine, & supports us in monitoring outcomes.

A mental health counselor who provides immigration evaluations plays a crucial role in the legal process by offering professional assessments that support immigration cases. These evaluations, also known as psychosocial evaluations for immigration, are often required in cases involving asylum, U-visas, T-visas, VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), or extreme hardship waivers. The counselor's role is to assess the emotional, psychological, and social impact of immigration-related issues on the client and provide detailed reports for submission to immigration courts or authorities.
