  • Life can be overwhelming, messy, and downright hard sometimes. That’s where therapy comes in. It’s not about fixing you (you’re not broken) — it’s about giving you the tools and support to tackle what’s holding you back, whether it’s anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck.

In therapy, we’ll work together to figure out what’s really going on, cut through the noise, and create a plan that makes sense for you. No judgment, no fluff, just real conversations to help you feel more like yourself again.

If you’re ready to make a change, I’m here to help. Let’s get to work.
